Archer marathon tonight starts @10pm, in case you’ve missed the show

Forget about Jay, Dave, even Conan, who joined Twitter yesterday if you didn’t hear, watch Craig Ferguson

I wish this show had less drama and more tattoos, but LAink continues tonight @10 on TLC

{February 23, 2010}   Random News Post

Let’s do a random news post for your Tuesday:

  • David Byrne’s tour documentary will debut at SXSW. Hopefully it will include lots of Byrne on a bike footage
  • Straight from His Holiness’s twitter page here’s video from his Larry King Interview
  • and finally, what are Satan‘s top 10 favorite albums?

So many books out, I try to get all the noteable, but a few of note were bound to slip through my fingers.

Here’s some I missed lately:

All the books above are now in the Store of Coolness

See this week’s picks in Release Day Picks and articles on each item I picked on the Amazon Links page…enjoy 🙂

*Books I’m most interested in checking out

Via Gawker.com, the Arrested Development alums have a new sitcom airing in the UK. We can watch the full first episode online here.

I’m exhausted been working all day, but I came home to good news:

  • Beginning at midnight tonight NPR will be streaming the entire 3 disc album by Joanna Newsom. My favorite comment about the marathon of a record so far: “israel has fought wars that didn’t last as long as the new joanna newsom record” via Harvilla, editor of The Village Voice
  • Frightened Rabbit‘s album has leaked on the internet. In response to the leak, they’ve released their album for streaming on Myspace ahead of schedule. The album, ‘The Winter Of Mixed Drinks‘ is due out in March.

{February 19, 2010}   Tom and Lorenzo are killing it

I feel like I’m in the front row of all the fashion shows at Fashion Week. Usual Project Runway blogger’s Tom and Lorenzo are doing such a great job covering it. Check out the  fabulous Marchesa fall collection. I would wear any of their dresses.

{February 18, 2010}   Book Find: Gladiator

How much did I love American Gladiators growing up? Alot! I had a secret crush on Nitro and so I share his new book with you. I’m not so much into these sort of celebrity drug-confession memoirs, but I’m sucked in by the title, check out: Gladiator: A True Story of ‘Roids, Rage and Redemption
