{June 23, 2010}   Best Music So Far UPDATED

We’re at the half point in the year, so inevitably, there’s going to be best music so far lists.

I’ve been pretty silent this week on the blog. I blame it on so far a slow summmer. So here’s just a bunch of items bunched together from the week that just passed.

  • Hear the New Roots album. It features Dirty Projectors and Joanna Newsom among others

{June 11, 2010}   Stream the new Devo album

Very excited to hear the new Devo album. It’s there first in 20 years! It’s streaming over at the Colbert Nation website. It’s on the right side of the page. Devo will appear on the Colbert Report on June 16. The new album, Something For Everybody (Deluxe), comes out June 15.

I’m sure I’ll have more to say about the annual gi-normous music fest called Bonnaroo, but NPR’s the first to announce their coverage:

Lollapalooza

  • Get free songs on Itunes from 2010 Lollapalooza artists

{June 3, 2010}   Interesting Reads

Ok, so my blog is a place I carall interesting stuff from the internet. There has been many articles this week that I’ve wanted to read, but just haven’t had the chance. So, I’m storing them in this blog post. So they will be here when I have a chance to get to them. Hope you find them interesting too.
